Initial comment		The first task of the PrepTeam will be to define its working methods. They will be listed here. It is expected that the debate will be free and when the PerpTeam feels a consensus has been reached its promoter will describe it in a motion the moderator will put for acceptation. Such an aceptation would be that one objects on serious grounds to be evaluated by the moderator after negotiation with the author.
